Compare Services is happy to announce that our 2017 VIntermodal Management
Conference will be held May 18-19 at the Four Seasons Hotel Austin, in the
heart of Texas! We would be delighted for you to participate!
Did you know we add 100's of enhancements to our VI products every year?
This is your opportunity to hear all about them.
The conference begins on Thursday morning, May 18th, with a full day of
management sessions followed by a hosted cocktail reception. The second day is
considered a half day, and concludes with an open forum on what new
functionality should be added for 2017 and beyond. The afternoon gives
you an opportunity to golf, tour or simply relax.
We will hold a drawing and one lucky attendee will win an Inspirato vacation
(accommodations only). Inspirato offers access to a curated collection of
exceptional luxury vacation options, each hand-selected to meet exacting
This will be our 15th annual conference. As in years past, we will address
overall TMS items related to the Industry trends as well as suggested processes
and procedures within the Compcare suite of products. Here is what a couple of
regular attendees have to say about why they attend year after year:
I enjoy going to the Management conferences because it is not only a good way to refresh what I already know how to do but because I always learn new ways to use the Compcare tools. I like the short but direct overall views of each new enhancement that Compcare has implemented. I love talking to the other trucking companies to see how they are getting the most out of the tools that we are provided and then I try to implement them into my daily functions. Compcare has most definitely made my life a lot easier being that it is designed for Intermodal and port companies. I love that I can make my dispatch boards show only what I want and need to see. I love the ease of doing business with Compcare, if I do experience a situation Compcare is always available to walk me thru it or correct it.

I attend for 3 reasons:
Knowledge - It gives me firsthand insight into the new features Compcare has been working on. Networking - It helps me network with other users and gain knowledge on how to use VIntermodal more efficiently, and then implement the features on my return. Support - It helps me connect with Compcare staff at a more personal/relaxed level and submit our wish list for enhancements personally.
We appreciate your business, and are very grateful for your contributions that help keep Compcare a premier TMS provider for the Intermodal industry. We hope to see you this year.
Oh, and you may have noticed we are holding it a week earlier than normal. That’s because Lee Morwood, our lead presenter, and his wife Abby are expecting their first born in early June. But that’s not all! Heather Flamm and her husband Stephen are expecting their first born in late May. And not to be out done, Dan Fallon and his wife Annie are expecting their first born in mid July. Our Compcare family is growing and we are very excited and blessed!
